• All individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to participate, with the exception of employees of Wikinger Reisen GmbH and their immediate family members.

• Participation is free of charge.

• Entering the giveaway does not require the purchase or ordering of any products.

• Each person may only participate once. Wikinger Reisen GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants who attempt to gain advantages through manipulation. In such cases, the prize may be revoked retroactively and a replacement winner may be selected.

• Entries will be accepted until February 15, 2026.

• The selection of the six winners will take place by April 27, 2026. Winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within the given timeframe, a new winner will be selected.

• The winner’s trip will take place on a fixed date set by Wikinger Reisen: August 29 to September 5, 2026. If the winner cannot attend on this date, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be chosen.

• A cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible.

• Legal recourse is excluded.

• By entering the giveaway, participants confirm that they meet the physical requirements for a hiking tour of difficulty level 2–3 boots according to Wikinger Reisen standards. If a winner is found to be physically unfit to participate during the trip, the tour guide has the right to exclude them from the hike and revoke the prize, even during the trip.

Participation in the giveaway is only possible on-site at the European Outdoor Film Tour 2025/26 events at the Wikinger Reisen booth, or online at www.eoft.eu/wikinger.
Each participant must fully complete the entry form.

An independent jury from Wikinger Reisen will select 20 participants from all entries for the shortlist. These shortlisted candidates will be invited to submit a short personal introduction (including photos or a video) explaining why they should win. This statement must be submitted to Wikinger Reisen within one week.

From the returned statements, the jury will select six winners.
If a selected winner withdraws or fails to confirm their participation, the jury will select a replacement.

Only entries that are fully completed and meet all requirements will be considered.
Winners will be contacted once after the giveaway has ended, via the email address provided in the entry form. If a winner does not confirm their participation within the stated deadline, the prize will be forfeited and reassigned.

The winners agree to share live updates from their trip on social media, under the guidance of the tour leader, and with clear tagging of Wikinger Reisen.
A corresponding set of social media guidelines will be provided to the winners before the trip begins.

The winners agree to document their travel experiences in both photos and written form, and to provide this content to Wikinger Reisen after the trip.
They consent to the use and publication of these materials by Wikinger Reisen.
